What are the legalities of owning/selling a GSM Jammer?
I know they’re illegal to USE in the EU, but are they similar to police radar jammers in that its perfectly fine to own/sell them as long as they are not advertised to be used in a malicious manner?
Actually I think you will find it is illegal to own one let alone use it in the UK,
under the Telegraph Act because of the one and only use it’s designed for.
If the Police find you in the possession of one you will get done for it and the
courts will order it’s destruction.
