Chakra Stones – A flexible and powerful healing technique
The Chakras are also known as energy centers in the body. YOUR SACRED chakra – second chakra

The color associated with the sacral chakra will be Orange. The orange symbolizes energy. For healing, these stones are essential for health and vitality. It regulates food intake. The orange is warm and positive.
Root Chakra – base chakra – first chakra
Located at the foot of the spine and groin, is the animal nature or basic. It is also the taste and smell. Root Chakra is associated with the adrenal glands, kidneys, muscles and blood pressure. The root chakra that connects us with the physical world, strength and support – in particular the physical body. It is the foundation of energy. There are indications that the base chakra is out of balance are the following: restlessness, lack of energy, loss of interest in the real world, volatile emotions, and selfishness.
