What is the fleshy part of the hand?
I’m trying to learn how to sense my palm chakra energy. I need to know what and where exactly is the “fleshy part” of the hand? I think I’ve been covering up my palm chakra during exercises because I’ve been making fists instead of touching the fleshy part of my hand? What and were is it located? A diagram would be great?
The fleshy part at the base of the thumb is called the Mount of Venus, which represents empathy, emotion, grace and compassion. The fatter and fleshier this part of the hand is, the more sensitive and compassionate the individual.
